Panel 1: The “No War, No Dictatorships” campaign was organized in 2003 in Beirut by independent leftist groups, such as “Communist Students”, “No Frontiers”, and “Direct Line” to name a few. The campaign was opposed to the imperialist war waged on Iraq while also standing in solidarity with the Iraqis against Saddam Hussein’s regime.

Panel 2: The Druze community use five colors ("Five Limits") as part of their religious symbology: green, red, yellow, blue, and white.
